QUALIFICATIONS:

In order to be considered for a showcase, models must be:

·A living, breathing human [sorry zombies, it is what it is]

·18 years or older [sorry kids, enjoy childhood while you can]

·Willing to model makeup [promoting is your job, no ifs, ands or 🍑s about it]

·Willing to show up like you want to be here [models set the mood  & we're going for relatable]

·Willing to follow the set list to produce the content for your showcase [step by step walk through designed to maximize your compensation]

·Willing to promote your showcase to your closest family, friends and your social media [you're going to look GORGEOUS - I swear!]

·Willing to invite your friends to model if you enjoy your showcase experience + compensation haul [there is room for all to showcase, I promise]

·Willing to be compensated based on your performance [your showcase will carry 90% of your performance & I've done all the heavy lifting]

·Have or be willing to obtain first hand experience with products being promoted

EXPECTATIONS:

In order to maximize the compensation for their showcase, models must:

·Honestly answer all questions found on Model Intake form prior to receiving set list

·Follow the setlist exactly

·Communicate before content creation if model desires to modify required content

·Follow instructions especially for lighting, line of vision, angles, poses and level balancing

·Upload gig content for approval [simple instructions will be provided]

·Recreate any unapproved content [maximum compensation has standards]

·Download a content scheduling app [for your portion of showcase promotion]

·Daily link promotion during your showcase [7days]

·Show up in your stories daily during your showcase [90% of slides are provided]

·Provide an honest review and or testimonial for the makeup you model

·Respond to all warm DMS during their showcase

·Avoid sending cold DMs to anyone throughout the duration of their showcase

·Treat this gig like it's a job; because, it is.

MORE INFORMATION:

All models will be provided with the complete set list + instructions to complete the set list after they complete their screening questionnaire. The list will be presented in 3 ways to accommodate different schedules that models may currently be found in. Set list + instructions will appear as 1 day, 3 day or 7 day schedules. Models only need to choose one version of the set list.

 

Models must turn in content by the deadline or risk pushing their showcase to the R on the calendar. Invites to showcase will no be produced with out all content turned in by deadline. Your compensation will have less to do with your facial ratios than it does your ability to consistently promote the content and products you poured your heart and soul into.

 

If selected, your gig will require you to be able to post on social media for 7 days in a row. 90% of the content is made for you already. Your daily time commitment is about 30 minutes & you can totally do it while you're at your kid's practice. The showcase is designed to be as minimally evasive into your life + privacy as possible.

All models will receive an exclusive, 7 day feature showcase right here on lovealwaysshanni.com. Models will own the rights to all content included in their showcase and will receive free and reduced makeup in amounts reflected by the sales generated by their showcase. Models will also receive exclusive bonus offers for booking their friends showcases.

Ultimately though, my goal is to help all models feel not just beautiful on the outside; but, I want all models to know they are gorgeous on the inside, valued and important to their communities. The showcase is presented in such a way that the friends and family of the models won't be able to hold back the deluge of their love. That's the big goal at least.

 

All the makeup and internet fame don't mean anything if a model doesn't understand their own worth, beauty, purpose or importance to those cheering them on. Communities are formed and healed one smile + heart at a time, right?
